Walter ‘Wally B” Rebmann is a Saint Louis native, born and raised. Hailing from Spanish Lake, he still practices his earliest interests, Tattooing & Basketball. Wally tattoos full time and shares ownership of Sign of the Times with his wife, Molly. Tattooing since 2009 - He’s created and sold 4 volumes of lettering books, painted 100s of flash sheets, was featured in art shows, and did many collaborative paintings with fellow tattoo artists. The man is proficient in American Traditional, Black & Grey, and his specialty, Lettering.
